David Muchow, PLC, Of Counsel, is a corporate attorney, business consultant, and serial entrepreneur who helps companies grow from startup to a profitable exit strategy. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate law and regulation, M&A, trade associations and foundations, business plans and venture capital, energy law, litigation, government and military contracting, government relations, and international transactions and finance. Clients have included US and international businesses, associations and foundations, utilities and companies in renewable energy, cyber, utilities, telecom, retail, real estate, and social media. He frequently lectures on law, business and finance in law and business schools and startup incubators.

David founded and was CEO of several technology companies, is on the Executive Committee and General Counsel to the Business Council for Sustainable Energy, a counsel to the Natural Gas Supply Association, and is counsel to and on the boards of various high tech and other firms.

Formerly, he was General Counsel to the American Gas Association; and with the Office of Management and Budget and the National Security Council; and served as Chief, Special Activities Unit and Special Assistant to the Assistant Attorney General, US Department of Justice. He worked on Capitol Hill and with Sen. Smathers' law firm.
