Mogel & Sweet Energy Conference In Tulsa

In April, Mogel & Sweet co- sponsored with the University of Tulsa Law School a conference on the second Obama Administration's energy policies. More than 100 attended. The Dean of the Law School wrote afterwards, "I was delighted that the [conference room] was filled to capacity with leading energy practitioners, as well as representatives from industry, government and our Native American Tribes."

The conference was chaired by Bill Mogel, who spoke on the status of LNG exports and the Administration's professed adherence to an "all in" energy policy. Mark Haedicke presented views on energy contracts and the implications of Dodd-Frank legislation. Other panelists were Jeff Wright, FERC's Director of Energy Projects, Berne Mosley, president of Energy Projects Consulting and Professor Marla Mansfield.
